The people reached by TUG never seize to amaze me and this specific mail started with a G´day and continued in that cheerful Aussie style that even we up north have come to like ( thanks to Crocodile Dundee 😉 just kidding….)
So, check out these fantastic photos sent in from an AFP (Australian Federal Police) Officer during exercises near the area of Canberra in a scenery not unlike the Nordic! The nice looking snowy one is featuring the very top of “Down Under´s” highest mountain the majestic – Mt Kosciuzko!
Wearing M90 Thermal Cap and Rucksack Cover M90 (and the trousers, not from us though) as shield from the rain and low temperatures in the pine clustered pictures looks like a good choice also from a camouflage point of view ,looks right at home there i must say!
As a comment to the snowy picture the sender wrote ” The third photo is actually taken on the summit of Australia – Mt Kosciuzko. Yes, this beach country down in the Southern Hemisphere actually does have snow. While not wearing any TUG visibly, I had your Thermal Cap packed, ready to go when night fell.”
Many thanks for sending in the pictures and sharing your experience with them i hope it was a rewarding exercise(es).
For those of you that want to check out the M90 camouflage gear we have available please visit the webshop here.
